Have been using it from long time, very good product.

I am very disappointed with these earplugs. I thought they would be able to block sounds especially my husband's snoring much better but I can still hear everything. One of the earplugs doesn't fit well in my ear either and after a while it starts hurting me. I only used them twice and won't be using them anymore. They're not that comfortable either and I feel like my usual foam earplugs do a much better job at blocking noise and are much more comfortable to sleep on the side with.

Highly recommend these for those with sleep issues! I've always had sleep issues, and after a late autism diagnosis last year at age 45, I now understand that a large part of that has been do to autism-related sensory sensitivities. Sound & light are the most sensitive for me and those are the things that have given me trouble all my life with sleep.
These sleep ear plugs were a lifesaver for me (literally, lack of sleep is correlated with shorter lifespan)! They block out just the right/right amount of noise. I can still hear just enough that I would wake in an emergency so that reduces the anxiety I've always had about wearing ear plugs. The very first night I used them I was able to sleep longer and deeper!
I am currently trying some of the other Sleeep versions as sometimes when lying on my side the plastic end can be a little uncomfortable. But it's not enough to affect me and I've continued to use these almost every night (always regretting the nights that I don't because I don't sleep well!). Would love if they make some in the future with the soft material at the end that their Calmer ear plugs have (which I have and also highly recommend!) instead of the hard plastic end.
Again, highly recommend these to anyone with sleep issues!!
